Bing Xia

Managing ainDirector

Bing is responsible for the strategic development and executive management of Community Development Group . Bing’s 11 years of project development experience cover a multitude of property sectors, including residential, commercial, education and healthcare. He has led a highly successful property development team that – individually and collectively – has initiated and brought to fruition over $3 billion of property projects in Australia. He is a co-founder of HS Consoritum which is a successful property focused funds management company.

Michael Edwards


Michael has a major role in the initiation and analysis of property development opportunities, including determining financial viability and ongoing financial management. He has 25 years of development management experience in the Australian and international property industry, with a focus on residential and commercial property. Michael’s career includes serving as the Development Director of listed property company Mirvac, during which time he delivered over 2,000 apartments, along with numerous large-scale commercial projects. Michael also served as National Property Manager for Coles Myer Limited (CML) a role that included overseeing multiple property asset portfolios valued at over $250 million each.

Frank Lu


Frank is an accomplished project manager with 12 years of experience and the delivery of 1,000 apartments to his name. The majority of these projects are mixed-use developments that include substantial retail areas, including major supermarkets. He is a leader in the implementation of advanced technology, techniques and materials that enable construction to be undertaken in a compressed time frame, with greater cost-efficiencies and superior quality control. Frank’s project management skills are bolstered by significant contract administration experience, as well as a detailed understanding of town planning, development management and final stage delivery
