A collection of five contemporary townhomes that elegantly honour their site’s rich history. Melfort’s original residence, built in 1935, will be restored under the discerning eye of Conrad Architects, alongside the addition of four sophisticated, luxury townhomes.

Jack Merlo, one of Melbourne’s most celebrated landscaping aficionados brings his mastery to Melfort. Jack leads a talented team dedicated to crafting visions with the residents’ benefit at the core of the design process.

Evergreen trees, delicate star jasmine and lilly pilly are among the few selected species selected to complement the stunning, verdant domain of Boroondara itself.

Elegant architecture of grand proportions, transformed into 21st-century opulence. The tone is sophisticated, formed by the unity of Italian Carrara marble, timber and European appliances.

Master ensuites are settings of elegant proportions, featuring a double vanity, grand shower and a freestanding bath - luxuriously equipped and ideal for unwinding.

Seamlessly designed to inspire culinary creations, is a kitchen of the highest calibre. Benchtops of Carrara marble are seen at the front of the kitchen, complementing a splashback of the same Italian stone, creating a setting of aesthetic unity. Residents will find a cleverly concealed back area to house the pantry, fridge and storage space.
